Jessie Struthers
Born in 1875 in Scotland
My great grandma Jessie, came over in 1905 from Scotland with her sons John (my grandpa at age 4) and James at age 9.
She was a member of the Lady Douglas Lodge #37, Daughters of Scotia, along with her daughter, my Aunt Elizabeth.
      Jesse died in 1962.

Aunt Elizabeth died in 1988 in Gillespie after working for years as a nurse for Dr. O'Connell.

Their sons John (died March 1974) and James (DOD unknown) both died in Henderson, Nevada.

In 1911 James and Jesse had a son in Gillespie named Douglas who died from what appears to be cholera on the death certificate of 1913 at 2 years, 2 months and 17 days old.
