Louis "Skinny" Pellegrini      [ Pelligrini ] Born on April 8, 1911 in Illinois Graduated from Gillespie High School in 1930 Married Mary Florini Owned and operated Pellegrini Grocery in Wilsonvile, Illinois

Died on March 16, 1985 Reverand Casimir Gierut officated at the Funeral Services which were held in the         Holy Cross Catholic Church in Wilsonville, Illinois on March 20, 1985. Burial was in Rose Lawn Gardens in Bethalto, Illinois

Memorial Tribute Spirit of Education Memorial Plaza Dedicated in 1990 This Bell hung in the first Public School built in Wilsonville, in 1920 This Plaza is dedicated to the Memory and spirit of the Emigrant Coal Miners who settled the community and recognized that the education of their children and themselves was the means to achieve progress and prosperity This bell donated by and in memory of                Louis "Skinny" Pellegrini
