Vietnam Veterans Ceremony -- March 31, 2012 The United States House of Representatives and Senate have by resoultions recognized March 30th to be an annual Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day. The Build Benld Committee of Benld, Illinois sponsored a Veterans Memorial Caravan for March 31, 2012 with stops in Mt. Olive , Benld, Gillespie, Dorchester, Wilsionville, Staunton and Sawyerville. A U. S. Flag was placed at the Veterans Memorials at each community. The caravan was made up of vehicles from the the various law enforcement departments, fire departments, the Patriot Guard Motorcycle group and many veterans joining in personal vehicles. to all Veterans for your Service and Dedication to our Country The United States of America |
